Tangkiling 2017 || School break
March 20th 20107.
Well, Tangkiling is like a district not that far from my
city Palangka Raya, around 1,5 hours by car or motorbike.
Since it was school break and Aguira back to Palangka Raya for vacation.
We booked a resort in Tangkiling for little escape. Our plan was catch sunrise
at Batu Banama and just sight-seeing
We stayed at Rungan Sari resort. The hotel
‘quiet’ expensive for us HAHA. Yes, it costed around $50. The hotel very huge,
clean, quiet, has restaurant, swimming pool, and the staff also nice. Very
recommended for you guys who busy with work and stuff. Tbh, I have no idea why we booked the hotel. Since Tangkiling isn't that far and we could
use our money for another important things! HAHA. #richbitchmodeon
We went to
tangkiling by motorbike without DRIVE LICENSE. Aguira and I under 17y.o.
But who cares? HAHA. After checked-in, we just chillin at the hotel room
since we were so tired can’t help how freakin’ hot Palangka Raya. We decided to jogging around 3p.m and explore Rungan Sari to find some spot for relaxing and take some
pictures.
It was super duper chill! We had fried rice
for dinner. We ordered from the restaurant it was cost around
$8/ 2 person. We decided to wake up early tomorrow morning to catch sunrise at Batu Banama.
Batu Banama itself around 10minutes by motorbike from the resort.
We wokeup at 4. And guess what? It was raining hard
outside and then we back to sleep until 7 HEHE. It was really
relaxing, we just sat nearby the swimming pool and listen to birds chirp. What a good life! At 8 we had breakfast.
After breakfast, Aguira and I get ready to
check-out the hotel and decided to visit Sei Gohong and Batu Banama
and back to Palangka Raya in the afternoon.
It took only 5 minutes to Sei Gohong by motorbike from
the hotel. We had to pay around $1/person to enter Sei Gohong. Before we arrived in Sei Gohong, we lost to somewhere place called Kaja Harbour. We asked
the locals to the straight way to Sei Gohong and why they have harbour there.
The local said Kaja Harbour used for tourist who wants to see little
baby orangutans in Kaja Island before they deploy to Tanjung Puting. Isn’t
cool? To reach Kaja Island, we can rent a boat ‘jukong’ and the local guide only $20/boat. The boat itself could fit 5 person. But unfortunately, we were broke HAHA. Maybe next time.
After Sei Gohong, we made to Batu Banama. It was
cost $1 to enter Batu Banama. We were worry if we could reach on top cause we
brought backpack with laptop and stuff haha. That was so heavy.
We were not reach the top because we were so tired.
So, this is a few pics of our trip. Anyway, we have instagram
travel maybe you guys can follow us @borntobetraveller.
